Grilled Turkey Slices

Cut the breast meat away from the breast bone then cut the meat across the grain in 1/4" thick slices. Next step is marinade the meat in 1 bottle of Robust Italian Dressing I use a zip lock bag to do mine in. Over night is preferred but anything more than 2 hours works too.   Now heat your grill up Charcoal or Gas lay the slices across the grate over the hot coals or prewarmed burners  for approx 3 mins each side or until done but don't over cook them.
GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS

1 - 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1/4 lb. diet butter, melted
Pinch salt and pepper

Preheat gas grill on high. Brush melted butter on all pieces. Lightly salt and pepper. Grill over high heat until lightly brown. Turn each side twice while cooking and baste with butter lightly each time to keep meat moist. Takes 8-12 minutes. Don't overcook, chicken will get tough.

GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients, except chicken, together and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool. Place chicken pieces in marinade in a Ziplock bag. Fasten securely and marinate in refrigerator for two hours, turning a few times. Cook on grill.
HONEY GRILLED PORK CHOPS

8-10 extra thin sliced pork chops
2 cups honey (use more if needed)
soy sauce

These chops may be grilled or baked in the oven. Grilling on the BBQ is the best.
Pour honey in a bowl. Add soy sauce until sauce is a syrupy consistancy. Place chops in a bowl or cake pan and cover with sauce. (Place balance of sauce in a sauce pan.)
Let the chops marinate for as long as you wish. They can marinate all day for a stronger flavor or they can be dipped and grilled. Either way works.
Turn the sauce in the pan on low heat.
Place chops on grill, brushing left over marinade onto chops as needed.
Cook until cooked all the way thru. Chops may be baked in oven.
GRILLED PORK CHOPS

4 thickly cut (1 inch at least) pork chops
2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
2 tsp. molasses
2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. salt
Combine molasses, ground pepper, garlic and salt. Rub mixture evenly on each side of the pork chops. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Grill on a hot grill about 5 minutes per side or until done.
GRILLED BROWN - SUGAR PORK CHOPS

1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. apple juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Salt and freshly ground
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp. cornstarch
6 boneless loin pork chops
Prepare sauce: (medium hot) 2 quart saucepan, combine brown sugar, apple juice, oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. In small bowl, stir 1/4 cup water into cornstarch to dissolve. Add to mixture. Return to boil, stirring. When mixture is slightly thickened, remove from heat. Prepare pork. Grill pork chops over hot coals 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Brushing with sauce, grill 5 minutes longer until pork is well glazed and cooked through, turning once more and brushing with sauce.
